SYPS started as a small idea behind the counter — a desire to make every drink just a little bit better. I’ve always believed that what we add to our coffee, matcha, or tea should be as clean and intentional as the drink itself. But finding syrups that were simple, organic, and actually tasted pure was harder than it should’ve been. So I decided to make my own.

 

Every bottle of SYPS is built on that same belief: simplicity done right. No unnecessary ingredients, no preservatives, no fillers — just organic cane sugar, filtered water, and real extracts. We’re proud to make something that complements your craft instead of masking it.
