Shipping Information


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please note: During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

 


Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are sent via UPS or USPS depending on your location and delivery preferences.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

 


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $77 (after discounts and before tax).

 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated within a few days, please reach out to hello@sypsorganics.com, and our team will look into it right away.

 


Damaged or Missing Packages

We do our best to protect every order, but if your package arrives damaged or missing items, please email hello@sypsorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We’ll make it right quickly.

 


International Orders

We’re working to bring SYPS Organics to customers worldwide.
International shipping isn’t available just yet — but stay tuned for updates soon.
